Templeton Publishing Subsidy Program

The Templeton Publishing Subsidy Program seeks to support publishing projects that pursue research and discovery in the field of science and religion. In an effort to grow support for the publication of books contributing to the science and religion field, Templeton Foundation Press is now offering publishers the opportunity to apply for financial assistance for upcoming publications.

Please click in one of following boxes to begin applying for a financial assistance or translation grant. All submissions will be reviewed promptly and a final decision will be made within 60 days.

Please note that only publishers may apply for these grant opportunities.

Financial Assistance

Publishing subsidies are available to give financial support for publishers for production, editorial, marketing costs, and publication enhancements. (i.e. audio-visual or other supplemental materials).

Funding is also available for to help underwrite the cost of translating works from their original languages.
